FBMC Benefits Management have offered complete employee benefits packages to businesses for over 39 years. They specialize in the public employer sector throughout the country and have a wide diversity of clients.

We were given the task to build a brand identity to reflect that they are the nations biggest and best benefit specialists by creating and communicating their brand in a way clients have never experienced before.There were two target markets, the HR employee of government and business entities (that was who we developed the advertising campaign for) and the employee’s the HR departments would be offering the benefit options to (that was a lot of the different brochure packages I designed that the HR department would hand to the employer for reviewing the benefit options they have.

FBMC really wanted to offer something new and unique to their customers, conveying that they would make their lives easier. I was tasked with designing the new brand look and feel, refreshing their corporate identity/logo and designing all their new print materials as well as the advertising campaign. I worked with the team on the campaign ideas and developed all final advertising and marketing materials. I worked on their corporate website and their Benefits Knowledge on Demand website, which was a hub for all their videos developed relating to health benefits information and compliance etc. This channel that had their experts talk about Benefits developed in their in-house TV studio set we built, was certainly considered innovative for the benefits management industry and caused quite a media stir.

Business Insurance Magazine now ranks them as the largest Benefits Specialist in the United States of companies who derive 100% of their revenues from employee benefits.
